Bohai is a Chinese public company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, an FTSE Russell index company, and is the largest listed leasing company on the Chinese A-Share stock market. Our container leasing business is mainly conducted through wholly owned subsidiary company Seaco. As of June 30, 2024, the total number of container we owned and managed was more than 4.10 million CEU. Our domestic finance leasing business is mainly conducted though controlled subsidiaries include Tianjin Bohai Leasing and Hengqin Leasing.
